Procedure of the Rosary of Divine Mercy

The Traditional Rosary of Divine Mercy

Very concretely, this rosary is meditated on with a normal rosary. On the first three beads, we recite:

  • 1 “Our Father ”
  • 1 "Hail Mary "
  • 1 “I believe in God ”

On the large beads that start the dozens:

Eternal Father, I offer you the body and blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. »

On the small beads:

By His painful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. »

At the end of this rosary, you must say this invocation three times: O holy God, O mighty God, O immortal God, have mercy on us and on the whole world."

Possible variations

It is possible to end the rosary with free invocations such as:

“Saint Faustina, pray for us.”

“Jesus, I trust in You. ”

“O blood and water that flowed from the heart of Jesus as a source of mercy, I trust in you.”
